Trickest provides a cloud-based platform for automated penetration testing and offensive security operations. The platform enables penetration testers, bug bounty hunters, and security teams to simulate cyberattacks by integrating multiple open-source security tools into automated workflows. Users can leverage computing resources from cloud providers including AWS, GCP, and Digital Ocean to execute their security testing operations.
The platform is available in three versions: Community (free), Professional, and Enterprise. The Enterprise edition offers customization options and supports collaborative team workflows. Trickest has worked with organizations including Spotify, PayPal, and Airbnb to develop and refine its platform capabilities.
Founded by CEO Nenad Zarić, a penetration tester and bug bounty hunter who developed the first prototype in 2018, the company officially launched as a startup in 2021 with co-founder Mihailo Tomić. The platform focuses on making penetration testing more accessible and scalable through automation and workflow orchestration. Future product plans include automatic scanning capabilities, advanced analytics, and machine learning-based predictive features.
